The Product Performance Manager will be responsible for driving process enhancements and ensuring the successful launch and after-sales support of products within the B2C Product division. This role will involve managing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high product service levels, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. The manager will work closely with teams across the organization to support product launches, improve processes, and ensure that business objectives are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Core Responsibilities:

  • Process Enhancements: Champion process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
  • After Sales Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure support teams understand new product launches, marketing promotions, and effectively address inquiries.
  • Documentation & Enhancement: Drive process and policy documentation based on insights, customer feedback (internal and external), and industry best practices.
  • Launch Readiness: Focus on the launch readiness of products and ensure they comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality product service levels, minimizing transaction errors and reporting issues with partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise sales, commercial enablement, operations, trade assurance, and other teams (e.g., CXM, Finance, BI) to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Task & Project Management: Manage ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, ensuring alignment with business goals.

B. Qualifications

Educational Background:
  • College graduate with strong leadership potential.

Experience:
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Product and Project Management.
  • Experience in the fintech, banking, financial services, or similar industries is preferred.
