Zuellig Pharma, Paranaque, Philippines, is seeking a Product Owner for SAP OTC to lead the team in refining backlogs and delivering end-to-end SAP SD solutions. You will drive configuration, enhancements, and testing across order-to-cash processes, with strong stakeholder engagement and risk management.

The role requires 8–10 years in SAP SD, English fluency, and a background in complex large-scale projects. The position offers growth within a globally active healthcare distribution leader.

Formación

• More than 4 years of university studies (BS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent degree).
• 8 to 10 years of relevant functional/technical SAP experience.
• Business-fluent English knowledge.
• 8 to 10 years of SAP Sales & Distribution experience from order to cash.
• Experience with SAP SD modules and related processes (order, delivery, billing).
• Functional spec creation for ricefw and integration familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Review and decide on final system solutions and designs.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage challenges.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by reports and stakeholders.
• Coach and delegate work to junior professionals; manage complex projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to review business needs and requirements.
• Analyze systems and implement configurations, enhancements or upgrades.
• Perform unit tests, SI testing and support UAT.
• Escalate complex production incidents and support upgrades.

Purpose of the Role:

• Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
• Drive the refinement and prioritization of the team’s backlog in coordination with the stakeholder
• Reviews and decides on the final system solutions and designs
• Monitors the progress of on-going projects, identifies and manages risk and challenges
• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports and stakeholders
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals
• Managing difficult to complex large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
• Identify and review business needs and requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Analyse systems, propose and build the solutions through system configuration, enhancements or upgrade
• Performs peer review of the functional/technical design and solutions proposed by the team members including consultants
• Performs thorough unit testing, system integration testing and supports business testing (UAT)
• Acts as the first level escalation point of complex system production incidents (BAUs)
• Support technical upgrade, system/software maintenance activities from planning, execution and pre/post-validation
• Prepares documentations for audit and change management compliance e.g. RCA and CAPA documentation

Must-Have:

• More than 4 years of university studies (BS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent degree, or equivalent experiences in corresponding roles
• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant functional/technical experience
• Business-fluent English knowledge
• 8 to 10 years of experience as SAP Sales & Distribution consultant having strong familiarity on the end to end process from order to cash including transportation
• Sales order management, delivery processing, billing, e-invoicing, intercompany billing, dms
• Pricing, output determination, Atp, batch and serial management, returns handling, shipment costing, Sd and tm master data, Idoc, bapi, lsmw, Fiori apps
• Functional specification creation for ricefw

Advantage to Have:

• Experience in SAP Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance for Pricing)
• Experience in FSCM (Credit Management)
• ABAP debugging skills for functional, experience in apis, Odata, middleware/interfaces, Webservice (SPROXY, SOAP)
• Familiar with Postman and processing XML/JSON files
• Familiarity on SD integration with other modules MM, FI or EWM
• Has at least 2 SAP full cycle SAP implementations/roll-out experience, and troubleshooting skills for production support
• Analytical, resourceful and can drive requirements gathering, process and solution presentation and discussion with regional teams and business stakeholders
• Knowledge on Agile methodology is an advantage but not required
