Job summary

TP ICAP Group invites an experienced Product Owner to join our Risk Technology function in Manila. You will translate complex risk requirements into prioritized backlogs, partnering with business stakeholders, trading desks, and engineering teams to drive delivery at pace.

You will own and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT across multi-year transformation programs. This is a hands-on, hybrid role balancing modernization with operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or BA in financial services technology.
• Ability to translate complex risk requirements into deliverable user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management with engineers and senior business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and SAFe frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Product Backlog and define user stories.
• Collaborate with Product/Programme Managers to align delivery with roadmap.
• Clarify requirements and guide sprint goals for development teams.
• Lead creation of acceptance criteria, workflows, and mocks.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery, manage dependencies and risks.
• Conduct backlog grooming and participate in PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Review prototypes and increments to ensure business needs are met.
• Support UAT and ensure outcomes meet customer expectations.
