Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a junior to mid-level professional to assist in managing the data consumption platform (Gold Layer) and support roadmap and user journey documentation. Under supervision, you will help collect and prioritize features and coordinate with Data Analytics, DevOps, and Data Source Teams to align product goals with business needs.

You will also refine business requirements into refined user stories (RUS) and translate them into technical specs for architects and engineers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/AI/DS/SE or related field.
• Experience in product backlog prioritization and user stories is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site 3 days a week (Mon-Wed).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operational management and feature delivery of the Data Lake Consumption Layer (Gold Layer) product.
• Support product backlog collection and prioritization, helping ensure timely delivery of committed features.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Data Analytics, DevOps, Data Source Teams) to align product goals with business needs.
• Help document and maintain product roadmaps and user journeys.
• Track demand readiness and completion under supervision to ensure platform readiness.
• Assist in refining and detailing out business requirements from demand stories/user stories (DS-US).
• Assist in translating detailed business requirements into technical specs for architects and engineers.
• Create draft Refined User Stories (RUS) for review and approval by senior team members based on stakeholder inputs.

Secondary: Support business analysis tasks including gathering data, eliciting requirements, and translating detailed business requirements into Refined User Stories (RUS) with supervision.

• Open to onsite assignment 3 times a week (Mon - Wed)
