Teikametrics in India is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and customers. You will help ensure the Teikametrics platform runs smoothly, investigate issues, surface insights from operational data, and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.

This highly collaborative role suits someone who enjoys digging into problems, working with data, and connecting customer needs with what our product teams build.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS applications.
• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Escalation queues and maintain data integrity of the Teikametrics application.
• Own and investigate platform issues through technical troubleshooting until resolution.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to communicate issues and updates.
• Identify patterns and opportunities to improve product functionality and customer experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of the in-app customer experience and bring customer voice to product teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Operations Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and our customers. You will help ensure the Teikametrics platform is working as intended, investigate issues, surface insights from operational data, and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys digging into problems, working with data, and connecting the dots between what our customers experience and what our product teams build.

Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred

WHO YOU ARE

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS applications
• Experience in supporting e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop is a plus
• Strong SQL knowledge for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue investigation
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing and support tools
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple support requests.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Monitor Escalation queues: Maintain the data and functional integrity of the Teikametrics application by following up on internal requests in a timely manner.

• Solve problems: Own and investigate platform issues through technical troubleshooting and ensure they are clearly documented and communicated directly until full resolution.

• Connect across teams: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate issues, insights, and updates.

• Improve the product: Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve product functionality, internal processes, and the customer experience.

• Champion the customer: Develop a deep understanding of the in-app customer experience and bring the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering.

WHAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central advertising platforms
• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and Supplier Portal advertising platforms
• Knowledge or experience with additional advertising marketplaces such as TikTok.
