Job summary

The Trust Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle for Asset and Wealth Management offerings at Bank of the Philippine Islands, focusing on profitability and strategic viability. You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build business cases, and ensure products remain competitive and compliant with regulations.

Engagement with industry groups and ongoing product enhancements are expected, along with timely issue resolution and participation in special projects

Qualifications

• Defines requirements and develops a business case for new products, enhancements, and product rationalization.
• Identifies the dimensions of product marketing (excluding promotion).
• Leads cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives and align with stakeholders.
• Ensures competitiveness through performance reviews and industry data analysis.

CoreResponsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduateof4-yearcourse,preferablyBusinessrelated
• Withpriorexperienceinproductdevelopment/productmanagementworkortrust/investments
• PreferablyhavepassedtheOneYearCourseonTrustOperationsandInvestmentManagementconductedbytheTrustInstituteFoundationofthePhilippines(TIFP)
• CertifiedUITFSalesPersonnel(asaccreditedbyTIFP)orCertifiedInvestmentSolicitor(aslicensedbytheSEC)
• Takenanyfinancialplanningandmarketingcourse/training
