Job summary

Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage pricing updates and partner promotions. You will analyze price simulations, organize files for reporting, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Brand teams to execute campaigns.

The role requires strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), data-driven decision making, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in basic Excel functions and formulas, including VLOOKUP, for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating pricing strategies and market performance.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Product Updates for Partners and Agencies: Prepare and analyze installment price simulations for Brand New and old stock units.
• File and organize pricing simulation files for proper inclusion in the BN PL template.
• Promo & Campaign Handling: Create promos/campaigns for partners and agencies.
• Help create product marketing campaigns/promos.
• Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with Finance and IT for system updates, approvals, and related concerns.
• Coordinate with Unistar for financing support.
• Draft and release Campaign Memos.
• Coordinate with Product Team (Marketing Associate, Product Supervisor – Branch and Agents and Product/Digital Manager).
• Coordinate with Brand Team with KV request.
• Allocation & Distribution: Review promo items with the marketing associate in coordination with the Warehouse.
• Data Consolidation: Analyze the Competitor’s Price Lists (CPL) consolidated by marketing associate.
• Administrative Tasks: Review marketing associates’ other ad hoc tasks and promos.
