San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to report to the Group Product Manager in Metro Manila. You will co-define, develop and implement strategies and marketing plans for brand and product lines, monitor performance, and drive timely execution of the annual plan.

You will lead development and launch of new products, and present Business Reviews and the Annual Marketing Plan to senior stakeholders, ensuring targets for volume, revenue, profitability and market share are met.

Responsibilities

• Co-defines, develops, implements, monitors the brand/product lines’ strategies and marketing plans
• Ensures achievement of targets: volume, revenue, profitability, market shares, household penetration and timely execution of the annual marketing plan
• Leads the development and launch of new products
• Crafts and presents Business Reviews and Annual Marketing Plan
