Job summary

Juan Gadget is seeking a Product Manager to turn product ideas into successful offerings at JG Superstore. You will develop and execute strategies, manage lifecycles, and analyze market trends to drive growth in consumer electronics and technology products.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila, six days a week. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Experience in product/brand/category management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and market research.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; MS Office used routinely.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in retail electronics or technology products is an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle from planning and launch to performance monitoring and phase-out.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with suppliers, brands, sales, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Monitor product performance, sales, inventory, pricing, and profitability.
• Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional recommendations.
• Prepare product presentations, reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Identify opportunities for new products, brands, and business growth.
• Ensure product information, specifications, and marketing materials are accurate and up to date.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on data and market feedback.
