Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of product management experience in telecom or internet services.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and networking.
• Proven track record launching end-to-end products and managing pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for fixed-wired internet and connectivity offerings (broadband, fiber, data services).
• Translate infrastructure capabilities into differentiated value propositions.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product‑market fit and prioritization.
• Own business cases, pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market plans for local and global markets.
• Partner with Engineering, Network, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-quality launches on time and within budget.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics; oversee delivery and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Monitor product performance (adoption, revenue, margins, churn, NPS) and execute continuous optimization.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and explore strategic partnerships to expand capabilities and reach.
• Champion the voice of the customer and ensure compliance with relevant telecom standards and regulations.
