Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring a Technical Product Manager for fixed broadband initiatives. You will lead end-to-end delivery, ensure high-quality requirements, and align with stakeholders across Technology, Go-to-Market, Operations, and Commercial teams.

The role welcomes candidates transitioning into product management from engineering/IT or with a passion for technical details. Location in Ortigas, Pasig City with hybrid work setup; dayshift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years' experience as Technical Product Manager for a telco
• Experience with Fixed Broadband or Australian telecom market is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High ownership, accountability and attention to detail
• Able to translate between technical and non-technical inputs into product requirements
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (SQL, Power BI) is advantageous
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fixed broadband initiatives across brands
• Develop domain expertise in fixed product and networks
• Collaborate with Technology, IT, Network Engineering, and Commercial teams
• Define and deliver strategic solutions aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Support product launches and post-launch monitoring
• Track risks, dependencies, and milestones and keep stakeholders informed
