Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy and product lifecycle management.
  • Drive product launch excellence for new products and indications.

  • Build strong KOL relationships and scientific engagement.

Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy and product lifecycle management, including both mature products and new launches
  • Drive product launch excellence (pre-launch to post-launch optimization) for new products, indications, and line extensions
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and omnichannel campaigns aligned with market insights and customer needs
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring strong financial discipline and delivery vs. targets
  • Build strong KOL relationships and scientific engagement, in partnership with Medical and cross-functional teams
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain) to ensure aligned execution
  • Ensure training readiness and field enablement for successful product adoption
  • Maintain high compliance and governance standards across all activities
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years pharma/healthcare experience, with 3+ years in Product/Brand Management
  • Proven experience in product launches or major indication expansions
  • Exposure to key therapy areas (e.g., Neuroscience, Specialty Care) is an advantage
  • Strong pharma commercialization and launch expertise
