Job summary

The Trust Product Manager at BPI oversees the overall business model and lifecycle of Asset and Wealth Management products. You’ll define requirements and build cases for new products, drive cross-functional collaboration, and analyze performance to ensure competitiveness while complying with regulations.

Engagement with TOAP/PIFA and related bodies is expected, along with driving special projects and resolving product-related issues for sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Business related.
• With prior experience in product development/product management work or trust/investments.
• Preferably have passed the One Year Course on Trust Operations and Investment Management conducted by TIFP.
• Certified UITFSales Personnel as accredited by TIFP or Certified Investment Solicitor as licensed by the SEC.
• Taken any financial planning and marketing course/training.

Responsibilities

• Defines requirements and develops business case for new products, enhancements, repackaging, and rationalization.
• Identifies different dimensions of product marketing (except promotion).
• Leads cross-functional teams executing product objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensures product competitiveness through performance reviews and industry data analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participates in industry discussions/policymaking via TOAP, PIFA, or similar avenues.
• Follows through on resolution of product problems and issues.
• Initiates/participates in special projects affecting Asset and Wealth Management products.
