• Drive product innovation through ideation, structuring and research, including derivatives and new investment vehicles, while monitoring market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., fund managers, counterparties) to support business growth and enhance investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; experience in asset management, treasury, trust, or capital markets is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, capital markets, trust operations, and financial instruments such as derivatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools, with strong communication and interpersonal skills; Bloomberg experience is a plus.
