Job summary

Neutron Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap for a government-focused Trust & Safety platform.

You will bridge user needs, data constraints and design goals while coordinating with engineers, data scientists and UX designers. The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, stakeholder alignment across agencies, and leading large projects through ambiguous spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management. For the Senior level, you should have led complex projects end to end.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to spot and manage technical and market risks.
• A strong sense of ownership. You spot opportunities, suggest process improvements and take calculated risks.
• A collaborative approach. You help others, question existing processes constructively and share both wins and lessons openly.
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud, scam prevention, cybersecurity or online safety products (good to have).
• Experience working with AI or ML products, or with data platforms (good to have).
• Experience with public sector or regulated stakeholders (good to have).

• Prioritise and make decisions using data in a fast changing, ambiguous space. Use user research, market trends and feedback to validate or change direction on ideas before development starts.
• Work closely with software engineers, data scientists and UX designers to balance speed, quality and simplicity. Weigh the benefits of shipping quickly against the cost of technical debt.
• Work with business leaders, law enforcement and regulatory partners, and global technology platforms. Handle differing views constructively and build alignment across government agencies.
• Lead large projects where the scope isn't yet defined. Turn complex data into clear recommendations, drive workstreams forward and mentor junior team members.

About the role

You will be deployed as a Product Manager with a Singapore government technology team focused on Trust & Safety. The team builds technology to keep people safe online. Its work covers three areas: detecting, disrupting and deterring scammers at scale; building safety features and tools for children and young people on digital devices; and supporting AI safety, so that AI systems are safe, trustworthy and resilient. The work covers data infrastructure, AI and ML for proactive detection, API integrations with partners, and front end systems used by agencies. You will own the product roadmap and act as the bridge between user needs, technical constraints and design goals.
