Job summary

Crow Works, LLC is seeking a Product Engineer through Emapta to transform concepts into production-ready solutions for a global manufacturing brand. The role focuses on precise modeling, BOMs, routings, and value-engineered designs to support seamless manufacturing.

This position offers night shift, onsite work in Makati, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work with ERP systems including NetSuite, utilize SolidWorks CAD, and contribute to product testing and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience using 3D SolidWorks CAD.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Product testing experience preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate models, drawings, inspection documents, and assembly instructions to ensure seamless production rollouts of new and value-engineered products.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings in ERP systems to accurately reflect production raw materials and subcomponents.
• Develop value-engineered product solutions focused on cost-effectiveness and improved overall product performance.
• Partner with Materials Team members and the client team on new product development as needed.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field


• 2-5 years of related experience


• Experience using 3D SolidWorks CAD


• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with NetSuite experience preferred


• Product testing experience preferred


• Superior written and verbal communication skills


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and 3DCS Variation Analyst


• Navigate Site3D effectively

Soft Skills

• Demonstrate strong business acumen, active listening, adaptability, accountability, client service orientation, and accuracy and precision

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Capable of using hands and fingers to lift, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls


• Comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and reaching with hands and arms for extended periods


• Physically able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl when required


• Prepared to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally


• Possesses adequate close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, with the capacity to adjust focus


• Willing to wear required safety equipment when operating machinery, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots
