Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline.
• At least six months of experience with IT products or tech services preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong academics encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to IT implementations, systems deployment, or technology projects a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and research skills.
• Ability to organize information, prepare reports, and maintain records.
• Effective verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product demonstrations, presentations, and customer-facing activities during the pre-sales process.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in product deployment, setup, and configuration activities under guidance of senior team members.
• Help prepare and maintain Proof of Concept (POC) environments for product evaluations and customer assessments.
• Coordinate and monitor activities related to product initiatives, project timelines, and team deliverables.
• Prepare and update product documentation, user guides, implementation records, and related materials.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, competing solutions, and potential product offerings.
• Assist in evaluating product features, capabilities, and business value to support product recommendations.
• Provide support during product training sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and project rollouts.
• Compile pricing information, cost analyses, and profitability data for review by management.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records related to product performance and business activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical teams, vendors, and partners to support product-related objectives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
