Kitsch LLC seeks a Product Development Specialist to own our Accessories category, from concept to launch. You’ll think in collections, not single products, and present full decks with trend data, top seller insights, and a clear brand story.

Based in the Philippines, this 100% remote role requires collaboration with factories on finishes, swatches, and costing, and a strong commercial mindset for margins and MOQs.

Qualificações

• Product development experience, ideally a couple of years (accessories is a plus).
• Experience working with factories and suppliers on finishes, swatches, and costing.
• Commercial mindset: cost, MOQ, and margin.
• Strong eye for trends and what fits a brand.
• Great attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Organized, proactive, and independent with a solution-first attitude.
• Fast learner, positive, and a team player.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working a full overnight shift on Pacific Time.

Responsabilidades

• Start new projects based on your own read of the category, without waiting for a brief.
• Build and present full collection decks with trend data, top seller insights, and a clear Kitsch story.
• Make sure every idea fits what Kitsch stands for, so it's ready for review the first time.
• Research factory options before development starts: existing styles, new finishes, swatch cards, and early costing.
• Negotiate costs with factories using options like higher MOQs, multiple POs, or different materials.
• Keep every project on schedule and flag risks early.
• Review top sellers regularly and turn what you learn into ideas for what's next.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Development Specialist to own our Accessories category, from the first collection idea all the way to launch. You'll think in collections, not single products. You'll bring fresh, on-brand ideas before anyone asks for them. You'll report to our Sr. Manager, Product Development.

Location: Philippines, 100% remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. (PT)

Contract type: Full-time independent contractor agreement

What You'll Do
