Kitsch seeks a Product Development Specialist to own the Accessories collection from idea to launch, thinking in collections rather than single products. You will build on-brand concepts and present full decks to the Sr. Manager, Product Development.

You will collaborate with factories on finishes and costs, negotiate MOQs, and keep projects on schedule while ensuring high quality. This remote role follows Pacific Time and offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment at a globally loved beauty

Qualificações

• Experience in product development for accessories or related categories.
• Experience sourcing with factories, finishes, swatches, and costing.
• Commercial mindset: cost, MOQs, margins.
• Strong trend sense aligned to a brand.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Organized, proactive, independent with solution-first attitude.
• Willingness to work an overnight shift in Pacific Time.
• Ability to build collections and decks with data.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Development Specialist to own our Accessories category, from the first collection idea all the way to launch. You'll think in collections, not single products. You'll bring fresh, on-brand ideas before anyone asks for them. You'll report to our Sr. Manager, Product Development.

• Location: Philippines, 100% remote


• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. (PT)


• Contract type: Full-time independent contractor agreement

What Youll Do

• Start new projects based on your own read of the category, without waiting for a brief


• Build and present full collection decks with trend data, top seller insights, and a clear Kitsch story


• Make sure every idea fits what Kitsch stands for, so its ready for review the first time


• Research factory options before development starts: existing styles, new finishes, swatch cards, and early costing


• Negotiate costs with factories using options like higher MOQs, multiple POs, or different materials


• Keep every project on schedule and flag risks early

What You Bring

• Product development experience, ideally a couple of years (accessories is a plus, but other categories are welcome)


• Experience working with factories and suppliers on finishes, swatches, and costing


• A commercial mindset: you think about cost, MOQ, and margin


• A strong eye for trends and for what fits a brand


• Great attention to detail and high quality standards


• Youre organized, proactive, and independent, with a solution-first attitude


• You learn fast, stay positive, and love working as part of a team


• You enjoy a fast-paced environment


• Youre comfortable working a full overnight shift on Pacific Time
