Job summary

Euro Chemicals, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a materials development assistant to conduct research, log findings, and create prototypes for new materials under evaluation as well as for innovation concepts requested by Sales and Marketing.

You will check supplier websites, update prototype progress to the Product Development Supervisor via the shared folder, and perform stability testing of exploratory materials while coordinating with TSA on inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in healthcare or cosmetic/personal care related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in distribution (drug, food, cosmetics) ideally in R&D or QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Check subscription updates on new materials/products launches.
• Create prototypes for new materials under evaluation.
• Create prototypes for innovation concepts requested by Sales and Marketing.
• Check supplier websites and databases.
• Update prototype accomplishments to the Product Development Supervisor via the shared TSD folder.
• Conduct stability and efficacy testing of raw materials under exploratory evaluation.
• Report updates and results of efficacy testing on exploratory raw materials and concepts to the Product Development Supervisor.
• Review product stability and testing results.
• Coordinate with TSA on inventory of samples, packaging, and laboratory supplies needed for prototype development.

• Coordinate with TSA on inventory of samples, packaging, and laboratory supplies needed for prototype development

Job Qualifications:

• Any Allied Health Professionals with Bachelor of Science Degree related to Healthcare and Cosmetic/Personal Care Services (B.S. Cosmetic Science, B.S. Industrial Pharmacy/Pharmacy , B.S. Chemistry, B.S. Chemical Engineering)
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in the field of Distribution (Drug, Food, Cosmetics) preferably in Research and Development or Quality Assurance/Control
