Job summary

INSPI Philippine is seeking a Product Development Lead for personal care and baby care segments. You will identify market needs, oversee end-to-end development from ideation to mass production, and drive improvements based on data and customer feedback.

The role requires strong experience in end-to-end product development within Personal Care or Baby Care, with excellent analytical and project-management skills to coordinate across teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Completed at least a 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or similar fields of study.
• With strong background in end-to-end product development of Personal Care, or Baby Care.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data for product development use.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify market needs and opportunities within the personal care and baby care industry, and develop new products based on market trends, data, and customer feedback.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to implementation and continuous improvement.

• Perform competitor product research and benchmarking.
• Support end-to-end product development, including packaging design, production trials, and transition to mass production.

• Support product pricing analysis by utilizing market research data.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand and address various needs.
• Communicate product specifications, pricing, and related requirements to suppliers clearly and accurately.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of supplier-provided samples to verify quality.
• Prepare reports and documentation for collected data, including total investment required for each product.
