The Product Development Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of a new micro loan product designed for sari-sari store owners in Cebu. This role serves as the project manager, overseeing the development, successful implementation, and ongoing documentation of the product. The manager will be responsible for policy suggestions, stakeholder meetings, and regular progress reports to the President.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of product development or product management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch review.
• Lead project management activities for the micro loan product, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain all product-related documentation, including project plans, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external retail partners.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the President.
• Suggest and implement policies to ensure the product meets the needs of the target market and the bank's objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of banking or financial services experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with micro-lending or SME lending products is preferred.

• Product Strategy & Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs.

• Partnerships:
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with retail companies.
  • Integrate systems with partners for seamless data exchange.
