Reporting to: Senior Product Development Manager

The Product Development Manager leads the product development process for the assigned category, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative products, drive excellence, and ensure exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manages individuals/teams to optimize their productivity and engagement which includes work planning, performance management, development and coaching, and team culture management.
• Manages product development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence, while monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform future product development plans.
• Collaborates closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and facilitate successful product launches, ensuring customer satisfaction, market success, and adherence of products to quality standards.
• Manages relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders within the assigned category, enabling effective collaboration and long‑term partnerships.
