Job summary

Shore360 in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines is seeking a Product Development Designer to transform concepts into manufacturable products. You will shape early concepts, develop 3D models in Inventor, and define manufacturing processes while ensuring design intent and costs are aligned with project goals.

You will document final designs for production, perform engineering checks, and maintain CAD data within ISO-compliant standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• High attention to detail to ensure CAD components are included in the model export.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English standardized tests (IELTS 8.0 / TOEFL 100 / PTE 80) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop early concepts aligned with Systems and Templates rules and produce initial 3D models in Inventor.
• Establish appearance, theme, and structural intent.
• Define manufacturing processes and estimate costs.
• Complete and document the full design for manufacturing, quoting and installation.
• BC code creation for Inventor parts/assemblies.
• Develop 3D parts/assemblies for manufacturing.
• Prototype development (if required) with part/assembly or install drawings.
• Engineering and compliance checks.
• Detailed costing of each part/assembly for the whole event.
• Ensure CAD data aligns with production requirements, tolerances, and standards.
• Generate/update 2D drawings, exploded views, and ISO documentation.
• Support design reviews and verification processes.
• Use PDM Inventor Vault for version control.
• Log and complete tasks in Asana.
