Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines seeks a Product Development Designer to convert concepts into manufacturable products. You will drive early models in Inventor and develop 3D assemblies to test feasibility and design direction.

Responsibilities include full Detailed Design for manufacturing, drafting, BC codes, analysis and prototype work, as well as ISO documentation. You will manage CAD data in Inventor Vault and coordinate via Asana for project tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• High attention to detail to ensure CAD models include all components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English standardized test (IELTS 8.0 / TOEFL 100 / PTE 80) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: test feasibility with initial models in Inventor and define appearance and structural intent.
• Detailed Design: complete and document the full product design for manufacturing, quoting and installation.
• Create BC code for Inventor parts/assemblies and develop 3D parts/assemblies for manufacturing.
• Prototype development and engineering/compliance checks; cost detailing for parts/assemblies.
• Ensure CAD data aligns with production requirements, tolerances, and ISO standards.
• Generate/update 2D drawings and exploded views; maintain version control in Inventor Vault.
• Support design reviews, drawing checks, and design verification; log tasks in Asana.
