Job summary

Anori is seeking a dedicated owner of the design function to lead user research, UI/UX polish, and DesignOps. You will accelerate the design-to-engineering workflow, stand up a design system, and guide the evolution of developer and city surfaces as we scale.

This end-to-end role reports to the CTO and collaborates with GTM/Commercial and domain experts to drive high ownership across multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product / UX design, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS product design.
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and visual polish.
• User research experience including interviews to inform UX requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with software engineers and reason about components/frontend.
• Portfolio submission is required as part of your application.

Responsibilities

• Own the design quality: visual and interaction fidelity for the product.
• Lead core workflows for the developer workspace and city compliance surfaces.
• Own the design system, component library, and DesignOps conventions.
• Establish design processes: handoff discipline, definitions of ready, design cadence.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship designs; AI-assisted prototyping speeds the loop.
• Inform product direction through user research and translate into journeys and requirements.
• Design for a shared data platform with multiple user roles and access patterns.
