Job summary
Haleon is seeking a Product Analyst – Quality Vault to own the Veeva QMS ecosystem, drive backlog and agile delivery, and align with Quality & EHS HQ goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage integrations, and ensure regulatory compliance across global operations.
You will lead technical enablement, influence requirements, and oversee releases in a fast-paced, cross-functional team. A strong background in Life Sciences and Veeva is essential.
Qualifications
- 7+ years proven experience with Veeva QMS
- Veeva White Belt Certification is a MUST HAVE
- 4+ years in Product Management or IT product roles with Agile and SDLC
- Experience delivering Veeva QMS releases, RIAs, and vendor coordination
- Understanding of QA/QMS regulations and SDKs, VQLs, Vault Loaders, JSON, Rest APIs
Responsibilities
- Technology Enablement: align vision/roadmap for Veeva QMS and scale globally
- Demand management: define requirements with high business value
- Product/Project Delivery: manage roadmap execution and releases
- Quality, Risk & Compliance: ensure regulatory alignment and continuity plans
- Adoption strategy: drive agile adoption and measurable value
- Integration Lead: oversee integrations with ERP/CRM and other systems
- Tech Lead: oversee Veeva QMS configuration and enhancements
