The Product Analyst supports the discovery, planning, and delivery of digital products across one of the core product domains: Customer Acquisition, Marketing Engagement, Service Operations, or Data Enablement.
This role serves as the analytical and execution backbone of the product team, converting business requirements into structured documentation, validating user needs, analyzing data, assisting in prioritization, supporting sprint execution, and ensuring product quality through coordinated testing and validation.
The Product Analyst works closely with Product Managers, engineering, UX, QA, and cross-functional business groups to ensure digital products are designed clearly, built correctly, and adopted successfully.
Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
Document requirements using structured formats (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps).
Conduct root-cause analysis, journey mapping, and workflow analysis to identify opportunities and pain points.
Perform market and competitor research to support product strategy.
Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, product usage, and operational metrics.
Work with analytics teams to create dashboards or reports for product insights.
Validate hypotheses with data to support prioritization and product decisions.
Monitor KPIs post-launch and recommend improvements.
Assist Product Managers in backlog grooming and release planning.
Prepare detailed requirement clarifications for engineering and QA.
Track progress of development tasks, dependencies, and testing activities.
Coordinate UAT, user sign-off, and release readiness checks.
Facilitate communication between business teams, engineering, QA, and UX.
Ensure clarity of requirements and alignment on expected outcomes.
Assist in preparing presentations, product documentation, and training materials.
Support test case writing, validation, regression checks, and defect triage.
Identify recurring issues, gaps, or manual processes and propose solutions.
Help drive adoption of new features through training and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years experience in product analysis, business analysis, digital operations, or similar roles.
Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Exposure to digital product delivery (web/mobile) or platform operations.
Experience working with dashboards, SQL basics, funnel metrics, or customer insights is preferred.
Experience supporting agile teams preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into structured product documentation.
Familiarity with process mapping, journey mapping, and basic UX principles.
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and dashboards.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical groups.
Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
