Job summary

You will source reliable suppliers, obtain quotes, and negotiate terms to ensure timely procurement that aligns with budget and schedules. You will coordinate deliveries, monitor inventory, maintain supplier records, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably with procurement or supplier coordination experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified and reliable suppliers for operational and project needs.
• Obtain competitive quotations while ensuring quality and specs.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and purchasing conditions.
• Prepare Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, canvass sheets, and procurement docs.
• Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prioritize procurement for billboard site developments and align with construction schedules.
• Monitor inventory and suggest timely replenishment.
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, pricing, responsiveness and delivery.
• Identify alternative suppliers to reduce dependency and risk.
• Recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance and others to prevent delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
