Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple purchase requests; good communication with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential vendors.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate better prices.
• Maintain updated records of delivery receipts and invoices.
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm or change orders.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure products arrive in good condition.
