Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Expediting, Supply Chain, Supplier Management or Procurement.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drives data attribution scrubbing and item setup; coordinates with stakeholders during calls.
• Owns ERP procurement parameters; aligns with sourcing strategies and drives improvements.
• Co-leads tracker management and handles Adhoc (Snow Ticket) tasks for purchasing, drawings, and BOM updates.
• Co-leads/Leads Sourcing Part Setup resolving complex CO/CCO issues with Procurement and MDM.
• Generates intermediate-level reports and translates insights for procurement decisions.
• Checks process accuracy, fixes issues, and suggests improvements.
• Monitors transaction timelines and collaborates to resolve delays.
• Performs structured data quality checks and supports error prevention.
• Leads deployment of automated and manual error-proofing protocols.
• Serves as go-to expert; mentors others on best practices.
• Co-leads automation tools (RPA, More4Apps, etc.).
