Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a data attribution and procurement ERP specialist to ensure accurate item data, pricing, lead times, and sourcing rules across ERP systems. You will scrub attributes, assist supplier communications, and generate reliable reports to support procurement decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or business.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Excel; basic MS PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute item attribution scrubbing, setup, and maintenance; support sourcing approvals and communicate with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement parameters in ERP (pricing, MOQ, lead time, etc.).
• Handle Adhoc (SnowTicket) requests and coordinate with stakeholders for data accuracy.
• Prepare accurate reports using cleaned data; highlight issues or trends for planning.
• Update and monitor task tracker; drive task completion.
• Lead Sourcing Part Setup; ensure sign-off on CCO tasks in PD Cloud and Alice system.
• Maintain KPI dashboards for timely delivery of performance metrics.
• Communicate risks and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Review data quality and provide actionable feedback.
