Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the procurement operations team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of procurement activities.
Drive operational efficiency by improving workflows, controls, and coordination across teams.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and coach team members to achieve results.
Oversee vendor coordination and ensure proper alignment with internal stakeholders.
Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks through proactive leadership and problem-solving.
Ensure procurement activities support business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide management updates.
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
