What you will do
  • Executes sourcing strategies, from strategic procurement planning, execution, monitoring, and overall management of the system
  • Accountable for the assigned categories under Technology, Marketing, Office/Admin requirements etc.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable support to operations and various strategic initiatives
  • Gathers and analyzes internal and external data, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Initiates sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and vendor accreditations of newly-developed suppliers
  • Ensures that supply and service contracts have adequate provisions in terms of scope of work, specifications, commercial, and risk mitigation
  • Manages, negotiates, creates, and monitors contracts for the assigned category to ensure compliance
  • Manages resolutions on contract non-compliance and disputes
What we are looking for
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field with at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing with relevant exposure in commercial contracting and negotiations
  • Effective communicator and negotiator with strong critical thinking skills
  • Great attention to details and has experience on contract management
  • A team player that works with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot, chart, macros)
  • Preferably knowledgeable in SAP – Vendor Management, Procurement Modules
