Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. is seeking a Senior Category Manager for corporate non-IT procurement, with proven strategic sourcing and negotiation capabilities. The role supports multiple regions, preferably APAC and EMEA, in a global or matrixed organization.

The position is hybrid, with a mid-shift schedule 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, and site Fort; candidates must adapt to business needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Category Manager or in a similar role within corporate non-IT procurement.
• Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation skills across complex and/or diverse categories.
• Experience supporting multiple regions, preferably APAC and EMEA, within a global or matrixed organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new commodities and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
