The ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end procurement experience, complemented by expertise in compliance management, contract management, and vendor management. This role demands a proactive leader with a proven track record in project implementation, process improvement, and cost-saving initiatives within a shared services environment.

Major Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance processes, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiating to contract execution and vendor onboarding.
  • Develop and implement compliance management frameworks to ensure all procurement activities align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Lead contract management efforts, including negotiation, renewal, and performance monitoring of vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate vendor management processes, ensuring successful vendor accreditation and continuous performance evaluations.
  • Drive project implementation initiatives, focusing on process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Achieve measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations, contributing to the organization\'s financial objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, utilizing excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate favorable terms.
Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a team with managerial role experience from a Shared Services Industry
