Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end procurement experience, complemented by expertise in compliance management, contract management, and vendor management. This role demands a proactive leader with a proven track record in project implementation, process improvement, and cost-saving initiatives within a shared services environment.
Major Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance processes, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical practices.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiating to contract execution and vendor onboarding.
- Develop and implement compliance management frameworks to ensure all procurement activities align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Lead contract management efforts, including negotiation, renewal, and performance monitoring of vendor agreements.
- Coordinate vendor management processes, ensuring successful vendor accreditation and continuous performance evaluations.
- Drive project implementation initiatives, focusing on process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Achieve measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations, contributing to the organization\'s financial objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, utilizing excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate favorable terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on governance, compliance, and vendor management.
- Experience in leading a team with managerial role experience from a Shared Services Industry
- Solid understanding of Total Risk & Performance Management (TRPM) principles.
- Extensive experience in contract management and vendor accreditation processes.
- Proven ability to implement projects and improve procurement processes, showcasing a track record of cost savings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
