You will define local procurement strategy, manage supply and market risk, lead a high-performing team, and partner with commercial, planning, finance and regional stakeholders to support growth.

This role emphasizes cost competitiveness, supplier relations, and end-to-end sourcing processes across raw materials, with a focus on delivering resilient supply chains for ADM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years in procurement, sourcing or commodity purchasing.
• Proven leadership experience in procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Strong understanding of agricultural raw materials, commodity markets, or manufacturing supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead Philippines procurement and risk coverage strategy.
• Develop and execute the Philippines procurement strategy aligned with regional direction.
• Lead sourcing strategies for key raw materials to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Maintain understanding of local and global supply-demand dynamics and price movements.
• Drive demand forecasting alignment with internal stakeholders.
