A leading technology services provider is seeking a Procurement Lead to support Project Delivery. This role involves delivering innovative sourcing solutions, analyzing spend trends, and collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives. Candidates should possess an Engineering degree plus significant experience in strategic sourcing, particularly in Telecom or Service Provider environments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a spend portfolio of $10M-$50M and contribute to deepening knowledge across Finance and Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing Labor and Professional Services spend portfolio of $10M - $50M.
• Prior exposure in Project Delivery across Telecom or Service Provider segment.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate or Engineering Graduate plus MBA (Preferably Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) with 12yrs+ overall experience and minimum 8+ years relevant to strategic sourcing of Professional Services or Project Delivery at a Telecom or Service Provider
• Additional qualifications like CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) will be a plus
• Experience of managing Labor, Professional Services spend Portfolio of $10M – $50M
• Prior exposure in Project Delivery across Telecom or Service Provider segment, while involving subcontracted suppliers, preferably in ASEAN market
