Job summary

UP CAP is offering a Procurement Intern role in Makati City to support supplier sourcing, RFQs, and vendor evaluation. The intern will prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records in a dynamic team environment.

Participation requires a laptop and access to campus or internship hours, with potential absorption after graduation. This onsite opportunity fosters collaboration with warehouse and finance teams for successful material flow.

Qualifications

• Must have own laptop.
• Minimum of 250 internship hours.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Studying in supply chain, management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and request quotations (RFQs).
• Compare prices, terms and quality to support vendor selection.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and finance for inventory and payments.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve discrepancies.
