Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Manila seeks a motivated Procurement Intern to join our Procurement As A Service (PAAS) team.

You will gain hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and business operations within a global corporate environment. Responsibilities include supporting procurement operations, data analysis and reporting, maintaining purchasing documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a mandatory internship requirement.
• Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations, reporting, and documentation.
• Assist with supplier data management, purchase order tracking, and record maintenance.
• Help prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and spend analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support purchasing requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement records and trackers.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
