Job summary

Copeland is seeking a procurement administrator to support the procurement team with transactional work and ERP data handling. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow and timely processing.

Key tasks include Oracle setup and price updates, processing Advance Shipping Notices in the Supplier Portal, and maintaining documentation and records for audit purposes.

• Experience providing procurement administrative support and processing transactions.
• Familiar with ERP systems and data management processes.
• Strong communication and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Procurement team through transactional support, ERP data management and coordination with suppliers and Procurement members.

• Perform Procurement transactional support – Oracle set-up, system price updates, documents indexing
