Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procure to Pay Ops Specialist to handle core PTP activities in a Return to Office setup. You will collaborate across teams to identify challenges, drive process improvements, and monitor initiatives to successful completion.

The role requires at least 5 years in PTP and 3 years in supervision, with familiarity in SAP, Oracle, ARIBA, or Coupa being advantageous. Rotation schedules are part of project/team logistics.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP).
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Willing to handle Travel & Expense management.
• Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, ARIBA, or Coupa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day PTP operations and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to standardize, automate, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Follow up and monitor initiatives until completion and report to stakeholders.
• Participate in project rotation and team location logistics at Quezon Gateway Tower 2.
