Fluor Philippines is seeking a qualified HSE Design Engineer to drive HSE deliverables across projects, including offshore and LNG experience. The role emphasizes applying Design HSE practices and promoting HSE standards within a collaborative team environment.

You will guide junior staff, prepare critical safety drawings and analyses, and participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years in technical/process safety work.
• Experience on offshore or LNG projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide basic level HSE design personnel.
• Produce HSE deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Prepare dispersion/radiation calculations using PHAST.
• Interpret and check calculations and vendor studies.
• Lead HSE design reviews and HSE deliverables.
