Job summary

Maynilad Water Services, Inc. seeks a Process Optimization professional to assist the Head of Process Optimization in researching references for updated procedures within the PMD. The role includes reviewing and updating policies to meet QMS requirements and supporting training programs on Maynilad procedures.

You will disseminate changes, ensure timely accomplishment reports, and handle related engineering tasks as needed. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Industrial engineer or licensed mechanical, electrical or civil engineer.
• 0-3 years total work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Process Optimization in researching references for updating operational procedures and work instructions for the PMD.
• Review and update policies/guidelines and improve operational procedures to conform with QMS requirements across PMD areas (Tender Documents, Information/Approval, Cost Estimates & Bid Evaluation, Standards & Process Optimization, and other PMD processes).
• Update/Improve Operational Procedures based on Process Improvement Form submissions, lessons learned, and best practices in engineering.
• Assist Head, Process Optimization in delivering training on Maynilad procedures and work instructions.
• Disseminate new and revised Maynilad and PMD procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Prepare and submit accomplishment reports by deadlines.
• Perform other related engineering and management tasks as assigned.
