Job summary

Technolux in Makati City is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and identify gaps. You will document and recommend improvements on processes and controls based on assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement them.

Key responsibilities include reviewing policies and procedures, identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and preparing detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Big4 external audit firm experience is preferred.
• Experience in internal audit is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• ERP environment experience and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
✅ Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
✅ Experience with an External Audit Firm is required, with Top 4 External Audit Firms is required.

✅Experience in internal audit is required.
✅With very good written and oral communication skill.
✅ With strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅Must have worked in ERP environment.
✅High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.
