Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering fields and at least 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing and assembly.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Background in program management and yield management.
• Proven leadership and effective communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and maintains efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for assembly and sub-assembly products.
• Evaluates existing processes and configures manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices.
• Provides technical support for machines, processes and production lines to ensure continued production.
• Coordinates with the introduction of new and redesigned products with the NPI Team.
• Drives continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, including Kaizen projects.
• Ensures product and process performance aligns with factory targets for yield and quality.
• Supports transfer, ramp-up of lines and equipment across locations; trains on new assembly processes.
• Assists Quality Assurance in solving customer concerns and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintains technical drawings, specs, PFMEA, BOM, routing, and related documentation.
• Supports SPR and NMR runs, qualification, and release of new production processes and equipment.
