SIIX EMS Philippines, Inc. is seeking a capable Engineer to plan, direct, and optimize manufacturing processes in the Laguna plant. You will develop and evaluate methods, ensure efficient workforce utilization, and design layouts to maximize productivity while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, strong knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, and excellent communication skills. Experience with PFMEA, WI, and technical drawings is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE/ECE/ME/COE/IE).
• Knowledgeable on Manufacturing Discipline and Methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Knows how to use Microsoft office applications.
• Advantage: root cause analysis, FMEA, statistical analysis, and other problem solving tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in the plant; develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
• Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements and workflow, and designs layout equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve processes in manufacturing systems.
• Conduct material and product evaluation.
• Assist on the assurance of effective process and product transfer.
• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
• Generate process documentation such PFMEA, WI, Technical Drawings, ECN and Procedures.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Applies manufacturing methodology and statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
