Responsibilities

• Meeting with OMs and CMs to assess existing processes.
• Optimize by designing process ideas, testing & implementing to reduce costs and improve productivity rates.
• Performing risk assessments.
• Assess existing processes and workflows for effectiveness & efficiencies.
• Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
• Performing optimization tests.
• Developing routines and best practices to ensure effective operations
• Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
• Documenting, tracking & monitoring data and reports to support
• Engage teams and participate in Value stream mapping
• Drafting strategic annual plan and quantifying assumptions and expectations
• Project Management and Implementation
• CMF Validation and close out report

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Lean & Six Sigma - either yellow or green belt
• Proven work experience as a process engineer
• Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedure
• Advanced technical skills. 6Analytical thinker

• Ability to project manage
