Job summary

Bossjob is assisting an on-site opening in Bulacan for fresh graduates in a full-time role. Our Client is a conglomerate with interests in plastic manufacturing, real estate development, marketing and construction, with over 45 years in the business.

Applicants should be graduates of any engineering course (mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, chemical, electronics or communications or related fields).

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course; Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electronics, and Communications, or any related courses.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Amenable to work in Marilao, Bulacan

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the incoming or outgoing process technician regarding the progress of operations, production problems, updates, and quality status.
• Coordinates with the post operator regarding the quality of inline extruded pipes.
• Reports to the shift supervisor for any instructions or job assignment, product quality status, special information, etc.
• Monitors, checks, and documents establish standard process parameters by the standard quality parameters. Sets such as dimension, color, and appearance, including a lab test result.
• Performs necessary corrective and preventive action by the engineering for any abnormalities and observation on the part of the machines that affect.
• Responsible for heating machines and equipment, troubleshooting, preparation, and shutdown procedures.
• Supervises and monitors the service crew in his section during the set-up of SOP's operation, preparation, cleanliness, and orderliness.
• Monitors material quality and adequacy and discourages spillages.
• Identifies and reports to the supervisor all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Make sure all water returns and drainage are de-clogged, trash‑free, and there are no spills.
• Recommend process and work method improvements and innovations.
