The Probe Line Sustaining Manager is responsible for ensuring the continuous, reliable, and efficient operation of wafer probe manufacturing equipment and associated processes. This role owns equipment availability, operational efficiency, setup performance, and equipment-related yield performance across the probe manufacturing area. The position provides technical and organizational leadership for sustaining engineering activities, equipment maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The manager partners closely with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Quality, Hardware Engineering, Test Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, and Equipment Suppliers to achieve world-class OEE, output, quality, and cost objectives.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
